Christmas in Ballarat 2025 – Santa’s Red Telephone Booth and Letter Writing Station

Located in the Ballarat Visitor Information Centre, step into Santa’s Red Telephone Booth this Christmas and leave a personalised voice message for Santa.

This interactive telephone booth invites children to share their wish lists, hopes and dreams with Santa adding a touch of holiday excitement to Ballarat this festive season.

Prefer to write a letter? Also located in the Ballarat Visitor Information Centre is a dedicated letter-writing station, complete with postcards addressed to Santa. Share your heart’s desire or send warm wishes to loved ones with Ballarat Christmas destination postcards. Stamps are available for purchase at the Made of: Ballarat Shop, located within the Centre.

Don’t miss the chance for your little ones to connect directly with the North Pole this Christmas. Be sure to pick up a Christmas Map from the friendly Information Centre staff to explore all Christmas in Ballarat as to offer.
